We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging . You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Procedure
Please send email team@superdeal24.shop within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a return pick up for the Mobile Phones.
Upon return, the article will go through a quality check to guarantee there’s no abuse or manhandle of the item exterior of our control. Once the returned item passes the quality check to guarantee it is unused and in its unique bundling arrange, an exchange/refund will be dispatched.
For this, 15% of the order value will be deducted in case of refund as return shipping of the Mobile Phones.
For any refund for prepaid orders we reverse the transaction you made and for COD orders you will have to share the account details so that refunds can be processed. Applicable COD charges are non-refundable and only Mobile Phones charges are refunded.
Refund can take up to 5-7 working days to reflect in your account depending on your bank.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
